Quality control is very important at Honeycrisp.com and believe me when I tell you that we have only our top people supervising this. In this photo Reaghan is calling me on my cell saying "Uncle Paul these apples are really pretty but they are just too big!". Then before hanging up she also asked me "have you seen my Binky?".

Halloween Apple Teeth Recipe

Use any combination of ingredients - Be creative!
-Apple slices
-Lemon juice
-Peanut butter, Jelly, Nutella

Teeth:
-Peeled almonds, Mini marshmallows, Jelly beans, Candy corn, Yogurt covered raisins

1. Soak the apple slices in lemon juice & water for 10-15 min. to prevent browning
2. Spread peanut butter, jelly, or Nutella on the tops of each apple slice
3. Stick the "teeth" into the spread on half of the apple slices- crooked looks scarier!
4. Top the slices with "teeth" with the remaining slices.

These last few days I've been cooped up in the house battling the rain and nursing a cold, so I haven't been up to making a trip to the grocery store to grab ingredients to whip up a homemade apple pie. So of course, as I was grabbing the crescent rolls from the fridge It dawned on me that I could use them to make bite sized apple pies. Genius! So I grabbed an apple, some brown sugar, cinnamon and melted a little butter and got started. How perfect is this for upcoming 4th of July and Summer parties, no need for forks, plus it's quick and mess free!

Here's How I Did It...

Apple Pie Bites - Serves 8

1 (Tart) Apple Sliced

3 Heaping Tbsp. Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cinnamon ( I used a homemade Cinni-Sugar Mix)

1 Tbsp. Melted Butter

1 Pkg. Of Crescent Rolls

*(I use immaculate baking co. when I'm not doing homemade - no hydrogenated oils and non gmo)

Preheat Oven to 350˚

1. Roll out the dough on a greased cookie sheet, brush with butter and sprinkle Brown Sugar and Cinnamon in individual pieces of dough.

2. Roll up an apple slice in the dough forming a crescent, brush with melted butter and top with cinnamon. Repeat for others.

3. Bake for 12-15 Mins at 350˚.

4. Remove from Oven, filling will be hot! Serve alone or with a dollop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

important when at 14 months that you try to avoid things like coffee tables.

Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

1 apple per person- sliced

chocolate chips

shredded coconut

chopped pecans or walnuts

peanut butter or any nut butter

Get creative!

1. Arrange apple slices on a large plate

2. Add your favorite toppings!

3. Melt peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds

4. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top of apple slices and toppings

    Enjoy!

Turkey Honeycrisp apples Thanks and Christmas

The Turkey was great and the Woolley house. Honeycrisp apples were on lots of peoples tables this year. We have lots to be thankful for and our thoughts and Prayers go out to all our Troops and their families.

We are getting ready to send out all those gift boxes of apples. We have discounted our expedited shipping 40-50% to help those that have waited. Its going to get cold here in the frozen tundra of Upstate New York.
